About me

For example, if you fret, you will often get a headache. And if you have
joint problems/pain, you will often worry which will cause you to fret.
Then you are out of balance. In organizing my workshops, I use both
pillars of medicine, that is, Regular and Integrative Naturopathy.

Both in my workshops and in my practice and publications, I pay great
attention to preventing these situations. In doing so, I use multiple
healing perspectives such as, among others: acupuncture, moxa,
cupping, nutrition, movement, sound, color and various other techni-
ques to restore and maintain a good balance in the body.

If one has a need for other topics, I can also organize workshops on them
upon request. My work is my passion.

               MY VOLUNTEERING

I have developed several projects for
               my neighborhood and surrounding
               area.

I am always involved in the welfare of the residents and my neigh-
borhood. I have developed many multifaceted projects for the area,
put a lot of energy into them and have continued to do so in these
                                                  times.

In January 2022, I received the award “The Tree of Merit, “Volunteer
of the Year 2021” from the District of Amsterdam New-West, an
award for my intensive volunteer work with these and other diverse
                                                  projects.
